Guatemala

Well here we are in Guatemala. My brother´s and I have been here for 10 days now. We have been spending most of our time in a little town called San Pedro on Lago Atitlan. Spanish school here is very cheap and the area is beautiful. We were staying with a Guatemalan family and loving every minute of playing kick-the-can with the kids. You wouldn´t think it but playing games in another language can be very complicated at times. Tomorrow we are going to continue our journey and head up to another village to climb some volcanos. We should be in Guatemala for about 2 more weeks before heading on into Belize, Honduras and El Salvador. Not much time left on the internet but I will try and do more regular blogs. Love you all,

jenny

Happy Day of the Dead!!!

Missoula is great because there is always one celebration or other going on, so last night I headed out to a parade to celebrate the Mexican Festival of the "Day of the Dead" to remember all those who have gone before us. I will leave you with some pictures...

Marvelous Montana

I can finally write you all an update thanks to my good friend Andrew...i have been having technical difficulties with this blog thing for a while...you're a champ Andrew!!!
Well a few weeks back my boyfriend jeremy took me horseback riding up near Ear Mountain at the ranch he works at. We then headed over to jeremy's family farm near Dutton, MT to shovel grain with his dad and rip around on the quads. After staying there a few days we headed up to camp near Jerry Johnson Hotsprings..some amazing isolated hot springs up in the Bitterroot Mountains....sometimes i forget that i am suppose to be at school because we are having so much fun. I will keep you all posted on the adventures...

peace and love be the journey...
